Terms & Conditions — AI Prompting 101: A Beginner's Guide

1. About this session
AI Prompting 101 is a live, virtual educational session hosted by VILAS (Marcell Group, LLC) via Microsoft Teams. It is educational in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice.

2. Registration & attendance
Registration is completed by the attendee. The registrant is responsible for providing accurate contact information for delivery of the Teams link and any pre-session materials.

3. Platform use
This session is platform-agnostic. Attendees may use any AI platform of their choosing, including free-tier accounts. VILAS does not endorse or guarantee the performance of any third-party AI platform used during the session.

4. No recording
This session is not recorded. No video, audio, or transcript will be retained by VILAS following the session.

5. Session conduct
Attendees are expected to participate respectfully. VILAS reserves the right to remove any attendee from the session for disruptive or inappropriate conduct, without refund.

6. Data & privacy
Attendee name and email are collected solely to deliver the Teams invitation and any pre-session materials. VILAS does not sell or share this information with third parties. Attendees are advised not to enter personal or sensitive information into any AI platform used during the session, particularly when using a free-tier account.

7. Refunds & rescheduling
Cancellations more than 7 days before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the session can be transferred to a future date but are not eligible for a cash refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Technical requirements
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have a working device, internet connection, and access to an AI platform of their choosing. VILAS is not responsible for an attendee's inability to participate due to personal technical issues.

9. Limitation of liability
VILAS provides this session on an as-is basis for educational purposes. VILAS is not liable for decisions made or actions taken by attendees based on session content.
