Who we are
Co-Founders & working together since 2017
Our work together began in 2017 across SaaS, app development, and digital services. Since 2022, AI design and implementation is all we do, working inside organizations across healthcare, nonprofits, civic institutions, government, higher education, and private companies.
Our background is shaped by the arts, systems design, and a study of how complex organizations actually change. James brings a deep understanding of how people move through environments and how culture shapes behavior. Sarah brings the operational and technical depth how systems get built, how organizations change, and how to sequence work so it actually lands.
Together, we carry a long view. We are not here to move fast. We are here to build something that holds for the specific people, in the specific organization, at this specific moment in time.
We have worked with organizations that could not yet articulate what they needed, only that something had to change. We have sat with leadership teams that were confident on the outside and uncertain on the inside. We have seen fear, confusion, and resistance turn into understanding, capability, and genuine momentum.
